Protection, Delivery & Cybersecurity Checklist

1. Confidentiality Assurance All subcontractors sign legally enforceable NDAs before any work begins. 


2. Contractual Milestone Oversight Team members work under firm, written contracts with clearly specified deliverables and deadlines.


3. Milestone Progress Updates We provide timely notifications at each project benchmark so you’re fully informed.


4. Performance Guarantee & Refund Contracts include provisions for remediation or a full refund if agreed deliverables aren’t met.


5. Cybersecurity Safeguards (FAR 52.204-21) We adhere to the 15 basic safeguarding controls to protect Federal Contract Information, including access control, encryption, system monitoring, malware protection, and incident reporting.  


6. Personnel Cyber Training (NIST SP 800‑171) All staff and subcontractors receive regular, role-based cybersecurity training—covering phishing awareness, password hygiene, system use, and incident procedures—aligned with NIST SP 800‑171/DFARS standards for Controlled Unclassified Information protection.
